This book takes you on a gastronomic journey to Uzbekistan, telling the delicious stories of a variety of traditional Uzbek dishes.

Book contains more than 200 pictures of dishes of national cuisine, unique author’s and historical recipes. The authors of the publication traveled throughout Uzbekistan for 6 months and collected legends and stories, found heroes who devoted their lives to culinary art.

The book is presented in Russian and English.
